So it is not just claimants who are having problems logging in, some employers can’t either. Other employers, when they eventually do log in, do not put any contact details/email addresses for the jobseeker to contact them, perhaps they too have lost the will too.
Some employers, completely fed up with UCM, post on to other jobs on other sites, like Gumtree. it is a lot more straightforward to use.
